We have expanded! Our new site at 260 Balham High Road (previously Penman's Estate Agents) is now open. We are now offering Yoga classes, Pilates matwork classes, Pre/post natal, Tai Chi and Qigong classes, Sports Physiotherapy and a variety of complementary therapies. We are planning to add to our offering with kids' exercise and dance classes, Pilates apparatus classes and some specialised courses and workshops. Our first practice at 246 Balham High Road will continue to operate as normal.
